Dubai: A meeting of the Board of Directors of SmartCity Kochi has approved the masterplan for the first phase of the proposed Rs.2,000 crore project being promoted by the Dubai based Tecom. The construction of SmartCity Kochi Phase I is now expected to start in July with a target of completion in 18 months.
