Kottayam: For the first time in its history, the Indian STEPs and Business Incubators’ Association (ISBA) is holding its annual managers’ conclave in Kerala, at the Amal Jyothi College of Engineering at Kanjirapally in Kottayam district. The conclave got off to a start today and concludes on February 28.
