Bangalore: The combined desk-based and mobile PC market in India totalled nearly 1.96 million units in the fourth quarter of 2013, a 19.9 per cent decrease over the fourth quarter of 2012, according to Gartner, Inc. PC shipments in Asia / Pacific region also fell by 10.8% in 4Q13, compared with 4Q12. This was the seventh consecutive quarter of year-over-year decline.
