Trivandrum: The online bill payment facility for the Low Tension (LT) consumers of the Kerala State Electricity Board (KSEB) will be formally launched on April 23, 2013 by Chief Minister Shri Oommen Chandy and the State Electricity Minister, Shri Aryadan Mohammed. KSEB had rolled out the online bill view and pay facility for customers across the State, earlier this month, on a pilot basis.

Kerala integrates e-payment with e-procurement
Trivandrum: In yet another move that could bring-in revolutionary advancements towards its ongoing efforts to ensure transparency in state administration; the IT Department has integrated an e-payment mechanism to its existing e-procurement system wherein bidders can make payment online towards tender document fees and EMD and Government can make online refunds of EMD amount to the unsuccessful bidders’ bank accounts in a time bound manner.

Trivandrum: Kerala today became the first State in the country to implement the e-District project across all the Districts in the State. e-District is a Mission Mode Project under National e Governance Plan (NeGP).
