BSNL Kerala to implement IT initiatives to improve service

Trivandrum: The Kerala Circle of BSNL is implementing a slew of IT initiatives to improve the quality of service and customer satisfaction. This was disclosed by M S S Rao ITS, Chief General Manager of BSNL Kerala at a press conference to announce their financial results for 2013-14.

BSNL to go in for convergence of IT systems & Billing solutions

Trivandrum: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL), the public sector telecom giant will go for a convergence of all their IT services and Billing systems. This will enable a customer to get a single bill for the various services being availed by the subscriber – landline, broadband, mobile (post paid), FTTH, WiMAX, etc.
