Thiruvananthapuram: 7,631 new Covid-19 cases were reported in Kerala today while 8,410 patients have recovered from the disease. 6,685 people were infected through contact and the source of infection was unknown for 723. There are 63 healthcare workers among those infected.

Kochi: The government has decided to implement the city gas supply scheme in all the taluks of Ernakulam district. Currently, the natural gas pipeline is available from Karingachira via Kundannur and Edappally up to Aluva. The decision has been taken to extend it to Angamaly, Perumbavoor and Kolancherry. The groundwork has started in all the six municipalities.
