Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today said that the Covid situation in the State is under control even though there is no significant decline in the spread of Covid in the state. The average Test Positivity Rate (TPR) for the last three days is 10.5%, up from 10.2%.

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today informed the extension of lockdown restrictions in the state for one more week. Briefing the media, the CM said, “Today’s review meeting has decided to make small changes in the classification of areas according to the spread of the disease.”

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today informed that the spread of the Covid cases in Kerala has decreased by 42%. “There is a 15% decline in the test positivity rate as compared to last week. The average test positivity rate for the last three days is 11.5%. The number of new cases during June 11-13 has dropped by 4.2% over the previous three days. The number of active cases has decreased by 14.43% and the TPR also declined by 10.04% over this period.”
