Trivandrum: The first American Business Corner in Kerala was inaugurated today by Chief Minister Shri Oommen Chandy at Thiruvananthapuram. The Indian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ICCI), Kochi, has partnered with the US Consulate to open the Business Centre in Kerala. This is the fourth American Business Corner (ABC) in India. Another ABC at Kochi will be inaugurated tomorrow.

Trivandrum: The Chennai based supermarket chain, Nilgiris, is making slow inroads in Kerala and is setting up their stores across the State. The supermarket chain today opened their seventh store in Kerala, its fifth in Thiruvananthapuram. The new supermarket was inaugurated by Adv. K Chandrika, Mayor of Thiruvananthapuram. The other two stores are in Kochi.

Kochi: As the season rings in wedding celebrations across the country, the third season of the Kingfisher Ultra Kochi International Fashion Week – Bridal Edition took off today at the Casino Hotel in Kochi.
