Kochi: Kerala Government will soon announce a new startup and innovation policy to promote entrepreneurship. Chief Minister, Shri Oommen Chandy said this today while inaugurating the first phase of the Technology Innovation Zone (TIZ) at the Kinfra Hi-Tech Park in Kalamassery.
