Trivandrum: The Kerala State e-Governance Awards, instituted by the Kerala Government in recognition of IT enabled citizen-centric services and projects that have improved the quality of service delivery, for the years 2010 and 2011-13, were presented by the Minister for Industries & IT, Shri P K Kunhalikutty at a function held at the Institute of Management in Government (IMG) in Thiruvananthapuram.
