Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 04: Covid-19 was confirmed in 2,479 persons in Kerala today as per the Minister for Health, Smt K K Shailaja. 2,255 are cases of local transmission and the source of infection in 149 cases was not traceable. 59 of the cases detected today are in returnees from foreign countries and 71 are from other states. At the same time, 2,716 patients under treatment for the disease have recovered today.

Thiruvananthapuram, Sep 03: Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan has informed that 1,553 new active cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today even as 1,950 patients under treatment for the same have recovered. 1,391 people were infected through contact and the source of infection of 156 is unknown. 28 of those diagnosed today have arrived from overseas and 90 from other states.

Thiruvananthapuram: Minister of Health, Smt K K Shailaja has informed that Covid-19 was confirmed in 1,547 persons in Kerala today. 1,419 of those diagnosed today were infected through contact and the source was not traceable in 156 cases. 21 of them have come back from foreign countries and 65 from other states. 36 healthcare workers were also infected.
