Trivandrum: Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) Kerala circle has earned record profit of Rs. 486 crores in the financial year 2014-15 and is the best performing circle in the country even though BSNL as a whole is making losses. New Delhi: As part of the Government’s Digital initiatives, BSNL has decided to upgrade Broadband speed to minimum 2 Mbps at no additional cost for all the Broadband customers on PAN-India Basis from October 01, 2015. This was announced by the Union Minister for Communications & IT, Shri Ravi Shankar Prasad at a function organized by BSNL.
