Trivandrum: The Kerala Government has decided to take 10 percent stake in the proposed Greenfield Internationalairport project at Aranmula in Pathanamthitta District, thereby giving its formal approval for the project. The Chennai based KGS Group is expected to start the work on their Rs.2,000 crore airport soon and they plan to start the operations of the airport in two years time.

Trivandrum: The Chennai based KGS Group is ready to start the work on their Rs.2,000 crore proposed International Airport at Arnamula in Pathanamthitta District, in January, 2013. The Greenfield airport will be India’s first international airport to be started in the private sector. The company hopes to start the flight operations from the new airport in December, 2014.
