Thiruvananthapuram: The Pinarayi Vijayan led LDF Government in Kerala today announced a 100-day action plan to tide over the economic slowdown in the state caused by the second wave of the Covid pandemic. Making the announcement, Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan said that the 100-day action plan will be implemented from June 11 to September 19.

Kerala now owns KSRTC & Anavandi as per Trademark Act
Trivandrum: Kerala now owns the acronym ‘KSRTC’, its logo and the name ‘Anavandi’ with reference to the Kerala State Road Transport Corporation as per the Trademark Act, 1999. The acronym KSRTC, which was commonly used on the vehicles of the Road Transport Corporation of both the States of Kerala and Karnataka can now be used only by Kerala.

Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today announced that the government has surpassed the target of creating 50,000 jobs in 100 days. Briefing the media, Chief Minister said, “At the end of the two months period, 61,290 jobs have been created in the State. Today we are setting a new goal of creating another 50,000 jobs before the end of December. Thus the revised target is employment for one lakh people in four months (during the September to December).”

Kochi: The government has decided to implement the city gas supply scheme in all the taluks of Ernakulam district. Currently, the natural gas pipeline is available from Karingachira via Kundannur and Edappally up to Aluva. The decision has been taken to extend it to Angamaly, Perumbavoor and Kolancherry. The groundwork has started in all the six municipalities.
