Thiruvananthapuram: The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) has signed an MoU with the Kollam Co-op Spinning Mills Ltd (KCSM) for setting up an ‘A’ site retail outlet at the premises of the Mills at Chatanoor on NH-66 in Kollam District under the Thiruvananthapuram Divisional Office.
