Two new cases & one recovery today, total 17 patients under treatment
Thiruvananthapuram, May 09: Two new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today. Both are Pravasi Malayalees who came back from Dubai and Abu Dhabi to Kochi and Kozhikode respectively on May 07 by the first evacuation flights to Kerala. They are natives of Malappuram district.

Thiruvananthapuram, May 08: Kerala Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today said that the Government is doing all possible to help and support the returning expatriates. “The Government is providing all possible facilities for the returning Pravasies. Those coming from Red Zones will have mandatory quarantine for 14 days. Henceforth, those coming from red zones will be moved to quarantine centres from the check post itself.”

Thiruvananthapuram, May 08: Just one new case of Covid-19 was confirmed in Kerala today, in a person in Ernakulam district who had come to the State from Chennai. Meanwhile, ten patients under treatment have tested negative. All of them are from Kannur district. Till now, the total number of confirmed cases of Coronavirus infection in the State is 503 and 16 patients are still under treatment in different hospitals.

Thiruvananthapuram, May 07: For the second consecutive day, no new case of Covid-19 was confirmed in Kerala today while five patients under treatment have tested negative. Three patients from Kannur district and two in Kasargod district are those recovered from the disease. With this, the total number of recovery cases from Coronavirus infection in the State is 474 and 25 patients are still under treatment in different hospitals.
