Thiruvananthapuram: 6,357 new cases of Covid-19 were reported in Kerala today while 6,793 patients have recovered from the disease. 5,542 were cases of local transmission and the source of infection was unknown for 645. There were 63 medical and para-medical personnel among those infected today. At the same time, 26 deaths were confirmed today as caused by Covid taking the related death toll in the State to 1,848.
