8,790 new Covid cases & 7,660 recoveries in Kerala today

Thiruvananthapuram: Covid-19 was confirmed in 8,790 persons in Kerala today even as 7,660 patients have recovered from the disease. 7,646 were cases of local transmission and contact source for 872 was unknown. 94 healthcare workers were also among those infected.

Thiruvananthapuram: 5,457 new active cases of Covid-19 were reported in Kerala today even as 7,015 patients have recovered from the disease. 4,702 were cases of local transmission and the source of infected was not traceable in 607 cases. There were 60 healthcare workers among those infected.
