Thiruvananthapuram, Apr 30: Kerala today reported 37,199 new cases of Covid-19 which were detected from 149,487 sample tests in the last 24 hours with a Test Positivity Rate of 24.88%. 49 recent deaths were confirmed as due to Covid. At present, there are 3,03,733 patients under treatment for Coronavirus infection in the state while 17,500 patients have recovered from the same.

38,607 Covid cases in Kerala today, announces partial lockdown from May 4-9
Thiruvananthapuram: 38,607 new Covid-19 cases were detected in Kerala today from 1,57,548 sample tests (Test Positivity Rate of 24.5%). 48 Covid deaths were also confirmed. The number of patients under treatment for the disease in the state has gone up to 2,84,086 even as 21,116 patients have recovered from the infection today.
