Briefing the media, the CM said, “Today’s review meeting has decided to make small changes in the classification of areas according to the spread of the disease.”

Kerala announces further relaxations amid caution against possible third wave
Thiruvananthapuram: Kerala Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today announced further relaxations in the lockdown regulations in the State while cautioning the public against a possible third wave of the Covid pandemic. The new relaxations would come into effect from Thursday, June 24.

Thiruvananthapuram: Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today informed that the spread of the Covid cases in Kerala has decreased by 42%. “There is a 15% decline in the test positivity rate as compared to last week. The average test positivity rate for the last three days is 11.5%. The number of new cases during June 11-13 has dropped by 4.2% over the previous three days. The number of active cases has decreased by 14.43% and the TPR also declined by 10.04% over this period.”
