Thiruvananthapuram, June 09: 91 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today, as per the Minister for Health & Social Justice, Smt K K Shailaja. 14 persons in Palakkad district, 11 from Alappuzha district, 10 in Thiruvananthapuram district, eight from Kottayam district, seven each in Pathanamthitta and Kozhikode districts, six each from Thrissur, Malappuram and Wayanad districts, five each from Kollam and Kannur districts, four in Ernakulam district and two from Kasargod district are those who have tested positive with infection.

Thiruvananthapuram, June 08: Health Minister, Smt K K Shailaja has informed that 91 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today. A 41-year-old person who had tested positive and was undergoing treatment at Thrissur Medical College died today. He arrived from the Maldives on May 16 with severe kidney failure and breathing issues. This is the 16th death in Kerala due to Covid.

Thiruvananthapuram, June 07: 107 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today, as per a statement from the office of the Minister for Health & Social Justice, Smt K K Shailaja. 27 people in Malappuram district, 26 from Thrissur district, 13 in Pathanamthitta district, nine from Kollam district, seven in Alappuzha district, six each from Palakkad and Kozhikode districts, four in Thiruvananthapuram districts, three each from Kottayam and Kasargod districts, two in Kannur district and one from Idukki district are those who have tested positive for Covid.

Thiruvananthapuram, June 06: Minister for Health, Smt K K Shailaja has conveyed that 108 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today. She also informed the death of a 61-year-old native of Malappuram district, who was undergoing treatment for Covid in the district.

Trivandrum: Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today announced that places of worship, shrines, shopping malls, hotels, hospitality units, restaurants and offices in Kerala will be open to the public from June 09. These places can open on June 08 for cleaning and disinfecting, and make arrangements to receive the public from the next day.
