Trivandrum: The Kerala Government has extended the implementation of the pre-flight mandatory Covid-19 testing for those coming to Kerala from abroad till June 24. Passengers travelling on flights from overseas to Kerala from June 25 should get themselves tested and have Covid negative results before boarding the flights.

118 new cases & 96 recoveries today, total 1,380 patients under treatment
Thiruvananthapuram, June 19: Kerala today reported its highest number of 118 new Covid-19 cases as well as the highest number of 96 recoveries, on a single day. This was informed by the Minister for Health & Social Justice, Smt K K Shailaja.

Thiruvananthapuram, June 18: 97 new cases of Covid-19 were confirmed in Kerala today while 89 patients who were undergoing treatment have recovered. Announcing these details, Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan also condoled the death of K P Sunil, a 28-year-old driver in the Excise Department in Kannur, after being infected with the virus.
