Kochi: RapidValue Solutions, a city based provider of end-to-end mobility solutions, and their client, Ebrahim K Kanoo, a Bahrain based automotive vendor, have jointly won the Oracle Mobile Innovation Award 2015 for their mobile application ‘Vehicle Checklist System’.
RapidValue had built an innovative application using Oracle MAF (Mobile Application Framework) development platform, and integrated it with the Oracle EBS R12 rental and leasing modules for Ebrahim K Kanoo. The award was received by both teams at the Oracle OpenWorld 2015 award ceremony held on October 27 at San Francisco, USA.
The application is an iPad based vehicle checklist system, to automate the vehicle check-out / check-in process and to streamline workflows. The mobile application fetches, rental agreement, customer information and vehicle details from the Oracle EBS rental module, in real-time.

Some of the ground-breaking features of this applications are the mark up on dents / scratches on vehicle images during vehicle check-up, digital signature capture of customers and photographs, capture of rental vehicles, using the application, improves efficiency and eliminates the malpractices of false marking of car damages.
