Trivandrum: Chief Minister, Shri Pinarayi Vijayan today announced the withdrawal of the night curfew and the complete lockdown on Sundays in the State with immediate effect. The Kerala Government has issued the necessary orders in this regard.
Briefing the media after the weekly review meeting, the Chief Minister also disclosed that all higher educational institutions in the State including those for technical, polytechnics and medical education would open from October 04. Final year students of Degree and PG courses who have taken at least one dose of the Covid vaccine can attend the classes at these institutions. The teachers are also expected to be vaccinated.
