Kerala Startups to host one day session on Startup Mantra

Trivandrum: The Trivandrum Chapter of Kerala Startups Society, an organization working with an objective of creating a vibrant and conducive ecosystem for start-ups and entrepreneurs in Kerala, is organizing Startup Mantra – Your baby steps to Startup World, a one day event aimed at helping start-ups to start up on September 07, 2013 at Thiruvananthapuram.

The one day workshop will have sessions on varying topics of interest to start-ups like – Start-up funding by Kerala Financial Corporation, Government support for Small Scale Industries (SSIs); Legal, financial and taxation basics for start-ups and Hacker-Maker Space ecosystem & road map.

Premnath, General Manager of Kerala Financial Corporation; G S Prakash Deputy Director of MSME Training institute, Thiruvalla; Rajiv Krish, Founder of WAUM and Paul Anand, CEO of Biotz, are some of the speakers who will be addressing and sharing their knowledge with young aspiring entrepreneurs.

According to statement from Kerala Startups, this is a good opportunity for those who are planning to startup to get information that are really useful for them to run the business. The event also provides opportunity to network and to get to know about other start-ups and entrepreneurs. The event is targeted at Startups, Wannabes, College entrepreneurs and for all those who want to start something their own.

Kerala Startups Society is a not for profit organization formed with its objective to create a vibrant and conducive ecosystem for startups and entrepreneurs in Kerala and to make Kerala, a better place for innovative startups.
