Kochi: Potential investors have grabbed built up space at the newly-constructed tower II in INKEL Business Park at Angamaly, with major players in green industries sector booking almost 50% of its total area of 2.11 lakhs sq. ft.
Around 80,000 sq. ft. space in the tower has been confirmed for long lease, according to top officials of INKEL Limited, a public-private initiative which has ready to occupy business space in Tower II at its Angamaly premises in Ernakulum district.
Investors from sectors such as Apparel Industries, Electronics, Education, Food processing and packaging have approached INKEL for setting up their unit in the Business Park located in a prime destination with easy access to transportation and other facilities apart from its close proximity to the Nedumbassery International Airport.
“The investors are attracted with the built-up space and facilities we provide at economic rates,” said T Balakrishnan, Managing Director of Inkel Ltd. “Even, global companies are keen about investing at Business Park. Also we are receiving inquiries for our other verticals of Solar power projects, Hi-tech agriculture and Facilities management.”
Apart from the Business Park, the company is promoting INKEL Greens, a 168-acre Educational and SME (Small and Medium Enterprises) Park at Malappuram and 2 lakhs sq. ft. INKEL Trade Centre project at Thiruvananthapuram.
