Nucleus launches its first apartment villa project in Thiruvananthapuram


Trivandrum: Kochi based apartment and villa builder, Nucleus Premium Properties has announced the launch of their first project ‘Spells’ in the capital city. This is the 17th project of the company and will come up at Anayara, near KIMS hospital.

Briefing the media, Naushad N P, Managing Director of Nucleus said, “Our first project in Thiruvananthapuram comprises of 16 apartments in a G+4 configuration and 19 villas in 35 units spread over 1.32 acre land. The villas are priced from Rs. 75 lakhs to Rs. 1.25 crores with an area of 1,450 to 2,700 sq. ft. The apartments with an area of 950 to 1,400 sq. ft. are priced at Rs. 40 to 70 lakhs. We hope to complete the project in 18 months starting from January 2016.”

The project would have separate swimming pools for adults and kids, health club, indoor play areas and guest lobby. Snooker table, multi-purpose hall and home theatre would be the other attractions according to a press note.

Abdul Nasser, Executive Director, Nucleus Premium Properties said, “Apart from Kochi where we started off in 2010, we have extended our services to Kottayam and after Trivandrum, we would soon start operations in Bangalore and Kozhikode. Outside India, we are focussing on Saudi Arabia and UAE.”
