Trivandrum: Atul Auto, a leading three wheeler manufacturer has unveiled its latest offerings, Gemini Gx, a 350 cc 4-Stroke multi-fuel (Petrol / CNG / LPG) three wheeler and Gemini Dz, a 395cc 4-Stroke diesel three wheeler, at an event held in Kovalam on June 06, 2013.
Both the models come with electric start, hand operated clutch and many other superior features and promises good mileage. Gemini Gx marks our entry into the Petrol / CNG / LPG segment and will be available in the market by October.”
Interacting with the media, he said that Kerala offers a huge potential for small three-wheelers. The national market is about 9,000 units per annum and the company is looking at a 10% share. In the 0.35 ton segment, Atul Auto has a share of 18%. “We believe that Gemini Dz will deliver excellent values in terms of ROI and at the same time Gemini Dz will consolidate our position in the smaller 3-wheeler segment market share and help us enter the city segment as we already have a good presence in the rural market.”

Atul Auto has seen significant growth in net profit in the fiscal year 2012-13. For the fiscal year, the company posted stand-alone net profit of Rs.25.92 crore, compared with Rs.15.60 crore last year, an increase of 66 percent. During the year, the company sold 32,040 vehicles, compared to 27,000 units last year, reflecting a growth of 18.67% percent.
