Kochi: Over the last few years, India has witnessed a significant amount of improvement in the standards and guidelines that have transformed the Indian Corporate Governance framework. In order to remain responsive to developments in the corporate world, Corporate Governance standards need to be constantly evaluated, assessed and strengthened.
In this context, Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) Kerala in association with National Foundation for Corporate Governance (NFCG) is organizing a Conference on Corporate Governance February 26, 2013 at Kochi.
The Conference Agenda would cover, amongst others inaugural session with visionaries, session on ‘Visionary Corporate Governance Practices’ and ‘How Governance can Deliver Value for Your Organization’?
The session would be attended by corporate leaders, accounting and legal professionals, and senior officers of the company responsible for developing internal ethics, policies and compliance systems.
