Trivandrum: The Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) is organizing the Kerala Marketing Conclave 2012 focusing on the theme ‘Challenges and Potential of Social Marketing and Direct Selling’ on August 10, 2012 at Thiruvananthapuram. The conclave will have over ten eminent personalities and thought leaders, from across India, discussing selected subjects of national and international relevance in two separate sessions.
According to a release from CII, marketing makes all the difference between tremendously successful companies and companies that just survive. Marketing brings in more loyal and profitable customers; in addition, effective marketing brings in customers at the cheapest cost and helps a small organization to overcome the constraints arising out of its small resources and to take on the big boys in the game. It is in this context that this event to discuss the challenges and potential of Social Marketing and Direct Selling is being organised.
