Trivandrum: Former Chief of the Kerala Government’s IT@School project and ViCTERS Educational Channel, Anvar Sadath has been nominated as the ICT Expert member to the National Resource Group of the Rashtriya Madhyamik Siksha Abhiyan (RMSA) by Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India.
The National Resource Group is first of its kind is the apex body formulated for overseeing, reviewing and suggesting various aspects of secondary education under the prestigious RMSA programme. The Group is chaired by the Secretary of School Education, Government of India and members include Director of NCERT, Chairman of CBSE, Vice Chancellor of NEUPA etc.
Anvar is the only member from Kerala. He is presently working as Director of Eram Scientific Solutions and has also occupied various positions related with IT like Director of Akshaya project, Head of e-Krishi project, NCERT ICT Advisory Board member, Chairman of ICT text book development committee of Kerala, etc. He has authored seven books on IT in Malayalam and also writes a regular column on IT in a leading Malayalam newspaper. He is also a winner of Science Literature Award instituted by Government of Kerala.
