Kerala online news media portals form Association

Trivandrum: Online news portals from Kerala which are listed in the State Government’s media list has formed an association, Digital News Media Federation (Kerala), with a view to bring the unorganised news providers in the cyber world under a single roof.

DNMFThe Federation has elected P V Murukan of ‘Mflintmedia.com’ as the President, S Sulfikar of ‘Anweshanam.com’ as the Secretary, and Ajay Muthana of ‘Vaiganews.com’ as the Treasurer. The Federation is based at Trivandrum and has an office at Statue Junction in the city.

Kerala IT News.com is also a member of the Digital News Media Federation (Kerala) and its Editor, Anil Philip is an Executive Member of the Federation. Kerala IT News is included in the media list by the Information & Public Relations Department (I&PRD) of the Government of Kerala since July 2011.
