Mobatia updates popular greeting app Dewdrops


Trivandrum: Mobatia Technologies, a Technopark based software firm has launched the updated version of its popular mobile greeting card application, Dewdrops Greetings. The highly successful app which has clocked over one million downloads in Android and an equal proportion in iOS devices has been provided a face-lift.

In a statement, Arun Kumar, CEO of Mobatia said, “Dewdrops was our offering to replace conventional text based greetings which have become quite outdated. With our app, users can sent custom greeting cards to their loved ones right from their phone. Our concept was a big hit when it initially came to the spotlight couple of years ago with the app clocking over a million downloads globally. With the new version, our users can create custom greetings for all occasions at one place.”

The makers made it a point to include all trending features of greeting card apps in Dewdrops. Besides offering custom designer templates for users to create beautifully crafted greeting cards, the app also allows users to explore their creative skills by creating their own custom greeting cards using the MyCanvas feature of the app.

The app enables the user to share the cards on the Facebook walls of the recipient. The same can be sent by email or by a tweet. The user can also share the MyCanvas design creation among Facebook friends. Users get to see a live preview of the card they design before sending it over to the intended recipients. In all Dewdrops has undergone a major revamp with a host of features making its debut in the app with this release.
